Despite your efforts to implement Preventative Maintenance, your equipment will inevitably encounter problems. Components become older or overused, damaged or simply stop working for no apparent reason. When you experience these unfortunate occurences, it is time for Corrective Maintenance.

Windows hangs and Printing problems? Can not connect to internet? Virus infection?... Our System Engineer will come to your office as soon as we can. Generally, Service Call will be handled within 8 working hours receiving the request from you. The fastest respond will provided within 2~4 working hours in case of Emergency Service Call and critical situations.
Hardware
Machine could not be switch on, keyboard and mouse has no response? We could prepare the similar parts and devices before we arrive your office that try to make your system able be recovery in the most short period.
